In the late 80s and early 90s Hip Hop was growing. In Philadelphia it was no different. 


Check this documentary on the then growing in popularity Hip Hop scene in Philadelphia on WHYY (Public Television)  Featuring  Lady B, Schoolly D, DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince, Evette Money using interviews and concert footage. It was called "Rap City" and it aired in 1988
